Where are you located? 

• I bake from home in Short Pump, VA

What are your hours? 

• I am available to reply to messages and pick-up/deliver by appointment Monday-Friday from 5:00 PM to 8 PM. I am available by appointment on most weekends at any time!

How much notice do you need to take an order? 

• I will need to receive an order at least 3 days prior to your delivery/pick-up date. Once you place your order, I will be in contact with you to schedule a pick-up/delivery time. You can also book further in advance! If you know of special dates, holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, etc., let me know and I will mark down the dates! We can decide closer to the date what you’d like to order.

Can I pick-up? 

• Yes of course! Pickups can be coordinated at time of order and my address will be provided at that time.

Do you deliver? 

• Delivery will be decided on a case-by-case basis for a fee of $5.00. Please specify that you would like to discuss delivery options when you place your order.

What if I don't see what I want on the menu? 

• I am always trying new recipes and I love to test my skills! If you have an idea of something you want, send me a message and I will reach out to you to and do my best to make it happen!

How do I pay? 

• Cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp are the only forms of payment I currently accept. Payment will be completed upon receiving your order! I do not yet have a way to pay with a card, nor online.

Why are your prices more expensive than the grocery store? 

• I don’t have inventory, which means each time you order I shop and bake specifically for your request. Yes, you’d be able to pay slightly less at your local grocery story, but I can promise better tasting products and a personal experience when you choose to order with me!

Can you accommodate for food allergies? 

• I am not an allergen-free kitchen. Even if your item doesn’t have your specific allergen in it, it’s made in the same kitchen where that ingredient is used.

Can I order a variety box of baked goods? 

• Baked goods are available in quantities listed on the menu. However, occasionally I offer “leftover” variety boxes at various prices based on what I have leftover. Be sure to follow me on Instagram to be the first to hear about them!
